Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the NovaCart website and your purchase of products from NovaCart. NovaCart is operated by AA Global Holdings.
By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the appropriate consent where required by law.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor may you use our website in a way that violates applicable law.
2. Products & Product Information
We aim to display our products, descriptions, images, specifications and pricing as accurately as reasonably possible.
Actual product colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on your device display, photography, lighting or minor manufacturing differences.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing and availability where reasonably necessary.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on NovaCart are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
If an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error. If the error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact information supplied during checkout.
An order may be subject to payment verification, product availability and fraud or risk checks.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure or product unavailability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. NovaCart does not directly store your complete card information.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or confirmed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
NovaCart currently delivers within South Africa.
Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 12–18 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other logistical disruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable South African law.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun. Where cancellation is possible, we will assist you accordingly.
9. Accuracy of Customer Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.
NovaCart cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
Certain aspects of our store may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, courier companies and other technology or logistics providers.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms and privacy practices.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the NovaCart name, branding, website design, original written content, graphics and other materials created for NovaCart are owned by or licensed to NovaCart or AA Global Holdings.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems
- To transmit malicious code, viruses or other harmful material
